Subject	weird rattle noise while driving

Message	let me see if i can explain my self right ok while I'm driving lets say I'm in 3rd gear and i slow down the car and I'm suppose to shift to 2nd gear but i don't there is rattle noise under need the car, the noise goes away once car gets power again i can't figure out what it is. any help will be appreciated
