| The restrictors are in the hoses that connect directly to the PCV valves (also make sure the PCV valves shut properly) I believe there are 5 hoses total, 2 have the brush 2 have the restrictor, the restrictor is a little metal cylinder with a small hole in the center and is stuffed inside of the hoses.
