| When you pull up on the lever, it pulls a cable that runs from the lever to the rear of the car which then Ys and goes to each rear hub. When the cables are pulled tight it pulls pads on each hub tight up against the hub of the inside of the brake rotor, similar to a drum brake. Now to do a wheel bearing, they have to work near the ebrake assembly and most likely disassembled it and failed to reassembly it properly. Take it back and make them fix it. Also, have them adjust the cable tension to the proper amount.
