Message It's been a while since I worked on mine, but here's what I remember.

I used the hole saw & sawzall approach. You go to town with the hole saw from above and below on each of the mounts cutting right through the rubber. It starts to smoke a lot thanks to the friction and any remaining silicone so do it in a well ventilated area. I did it in the underground parking space at my apartment at the time and it stunk the place up good.

Once you've got the centers drilled out with the hole saw you can take a sawzall and cut from the center out. Take your time with this, you want to cut the bushing out, but not nick the subframe. I managed to nick mine a bit, though not badly. (I may go through and touch it up with my welder one of these days before everything gets installed again.)

If you go with solids I believe they need to be pressed in, ES can be installed with a bit of silicone lube, some washers and some long bolts. I have no idea what it takes to get the whilteline ones installed.

Don't ask me how the ES bushings feel. I'm only like 1/2 way through my 8 year project. It'll be a while before I get it back on the road again.
