Subject	Detonation Sensor and VTC sensors switched.

Message	my car gave me code 34 and 42. i found out that the fuel rail ground strap wasn't connected to the manifold so i did that and code 42 was gone. now for the code 34, i found out that the det. sensor connector was actually connected to the vtc connector from the ecu so I found the vtc connector and plugged it with the right connector. The problem now is that i can't find the ecu connector that connects to the det. sensor connector. So the det. sensor currently isn't connected to the ecu. I check codes though and it's code 55 now. I can't find the ecu connector for the det. sensor. What should i do? There should be a free connector somewhere close but i cant find it. Any alternatives? Can i just splice the wire from the ecu and re-route a new connector to connect to the det sensor? I found a diagram with the color codes of wires for different connectors. I don't really have alot of experience with the electrical part. So i'm not too sure. any help would be appreciated
