| Borrow a cas from someone... The CAS can be bad without being totally ate up. if the bearing gets worn it allows the cas to kind of wobble on it's axis whihc throws the wave form all out of whack. If a different CAS makes no difference, use a small mirror and flashlight to get a good look at the drive pin inside the cam. If a different cas makes no difference, and you cannot get the timing to 15 btdc, I am betting that the drive pin is your issue. I have replaced two of them because mounting surface of the bracket was not straight. I ended up using a feeler gauge to make sure the bracket was aligned correctly with the face of the gear which solved my eating the cas drive pin issue.
