Message	Apexi, HKS, Greddy, etc are all reputable brands that can be found in the classifieds for the same money as that manual one. However if you are set on that here is what you should do if you want to run 10 and 15 psi. Adjust your wastegate so that it opens up at any level under 10 psi. So 5, 7, 9 psi would work, as long as its less than 10. Bypass/remove your stock boost control solenoid as they are no longer needed. Then properly adjust the MBC to the desired PSI levels for each setting.
