These are my thoughts, you didn't mention air regulator, you have 740cc injectors with a non brand ecu chip, you have a single or dual air filter, do you have a bypass going to the pass side recirc valve if you have dual elements, do you have access to a Blazt. Conzult etc to see real time readings for timing fuel AAC etc. hunting idle is usually AAC or air reg once all vacuum leaks repaired and I can't imagine you not running rich with the set up you have. Check air regulator and coolant temp sensor
