I just rebuilt my engine and went fully built etc. and i had a bad idle hunt like you are talking about including the stalling! Due to an issue with excessive crankcase pressure from my engine reving to way higher rpm's, i pluged my pcv valves and went to a catch can with a vent to atmosphere. after this my idle was perfect and the stalling after reving went away! You might try caping both pcv's and just leave the hoses hanging as a test to see if it fixes the issue. Just a thought. Also do you have a selin maf translator? I have heard that interference from the HID's can cause issues too. Hope this helps a little.... Good Luck ;-)
