Subject	Fuel only going to one bank at a time

Message	My driver side bank is not firing. The spark plugs are new, I tested the coil packs, and all that checks out. I'm getting power to the injectors. I hear them clicking, and they all ohm out at 13, but when I balance test them I still get nothing. I disconnected the fuel pump relay to depressurize the system before I started pulling everything apart to try and clean the injectors, and I decided to do another balance test just for the sake of it, and wouldn't you know, the driver side is firing; but now the passenger side isn't. What the heck is going on here that only one bank fires, and removing the fuel pump relay switches the failure to the other side?
