Message	If my car came from California and was tuned for 91 octane and I live in SC with 93 octane isn't my car running fat and how could I tweak it? I have gt2850rs turbos and nizmo 555 injectors with a JWT ECU tuned for Cali but w don't have state inspection so I have test pipes no cats
