Message Hey guys.

So as you may be aware, I did my first evern 120k job on my beaterZ ( NA ) and today, I finally went out and purchased a timing gun just to check out the Z and make sure she is good to go.

Well, after arming myself with TT timing gun knowledege, I proceeded to use the round loop found in the PTU. Checked the timing... 25 degrees!. It kinda looked like it was jumping between 20-25. From previous research, I read that if you got some weird readings , to try and use the #1 wire, which I did with similar results. I adjusted the CAS to 15 and again , it looked like it was jumping between 10-17 degrees. Next, I proceeded to fire up my trusy laptop and hooked ConZult and the timing it reported was also jumping quickly between 12-15 degrees.

I dont think its normal. When I did my belt and counted the cogs, etc...she fires up fine and appears to me that runs fine!. What do you think I should do next?

thanks everyone!
