Message yeah try the PCV reroute...

smoke out exhaust can be down to a lot of things...
a bit hard to tell from that if the smoke is black, grey or blue..
it looked a little blue to me but could be black from over fuelling...

easiest way to rule out a turbo problem leaking into the induction system is to take off the pipe to the throttle body on that side and check for oil..
of course this won't verify if oil is leaking into the exhaust though the turbo.

a leak down test will verify that either all is OK with the cylinders or id low suggest that there is a issue with either valve stem seals, valve seats, piston rings, head gasket or cracked head.
