Message	this is really only a stab in the dark but mine was a little laggie as well... ( I have similar mods to you, just a little softer) I checked the timing with a timing light and found that it wasn't set to 15 TDC (cozult won't show this issue). Also non-genuine timing belts often have incorrect markings and so are hard to alight correctly, a tooth count is the only way to check). also the standard actuator solenoids had been disconnected, now I know this is arguable but the guy who I rate as a Zed expert said that it's better to have them connected as they aid in pre-spooling the turbos. lag gone and my car is much more responsive. best of luck
