Message	Hi, well without any doubt I'd say you have a wiring issue. the clicking under the dash is a worry... sounds like a short. are you sure you didn't damage/crush any wires putting it back together? you say you have checked the alternator and battery but have you checked the connections are done up right? have you checked any of the fuses? (all three fuse boxes) is the engine earthed right? I certainly wouldn't drive it anymore like that, you are taking a risk of causing more damage or worse having an accident.
