Subject	z not running right?

Message	Ok so I have my full body kit and painted it looks cool I think (can't figure out how to post pix) Anyways, my ecu is from a 93 automatic tt, mine motor is from a 1994 jdm automatic and my exu is having an injector driver replaced by racing trendz and that one is for a manuel, which my car is Right now my car is boosting to 10, all vac leaks are plugged I believe. The aivs and prvr have been deleted so the passenger side 4 way t is plugged the best I could. all boost/ vac leaks are plugged, or taken care of. It idles around 500-750. I guess I am asking if the ecu could effect this? could it be that the car is not timed/ Iacv not right? It just seems like it is not running right, any ideas?
