Message	The 91' tt I just purchased idles very rough, it won't boost above 6ish psi. It appears somebody removed the wastegate t's from the IC pipes at the TB and rtv'd over the holes.I assume the wastegates are limiting my boost. if the wg hoses aren't connected is there an intake leak? I haven't yet pried the pipes off of the TBs to perform the boost leak test.. no cel either.
