The video only shows the diff slack, but there is a bit of axle play. The axle movement isn't nearly as bad as the diff freeplay. My goal, when this happened on my last diff, was to find a cheap, acceptable diff to roll with until I rebuilt my original. Now I'm waiting on a Quaife and an "acceptable" diff. My "bad" diff is still in it's warranty period, and I found another diff for half it's price, so...
