vacuum port under the throttle body, not a water line. And CraigZ is correct, on an NA you dont have to worry about routing the "active" water lines anywhere. Technically you can just cap the two lines off with rubber plugs. However, I initially did this and after a little time the rubber caps deteriorate completely because of the engine heat leaving you with a massive coolant leak. I tried finding high heat material plugs but was not able to find any with significant wall thickness. If you have access you can weld caps on those lines or just do what I did the second time around and run a line from the passenger side line to the driver side one. The fuel line i used holds up to heat far better than those rubber caps and sure it adds another line I wish I didnt have under there, but so far have had no issues.
