Fire it up and start pulling the connection to the coil packs. If the RPM doesn't change then there is something at that cylinder. I had the same sounding engine and it was only running on 3 coilpacks. Wiggled the PTU and the car died. Bingo, that was the problem. Cleaned up the connection and it's running strong.
Also, I couldn't hear any ticking in the vid.
