Huge problem last night! I'm putting the lower intake manifold back in from fixing my coolant leak in the valley of my motor & as I'm using a recently calibrated torque wrench on the upper idler pulley for the timing belt (32-43 lbs/ft) the stud pulls right out of the front of the manifold before I hit the proper torque specs. My question is, which way should I go about fixing this, helicoil or finding a used lower intake manifold or anything else? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
