Subject	Helicoil or new lower intake manifold??

Message	Huge problem last night! I'm putting the lower intake manifold back in from fixing my coolant leak in the valley of my motor & as I'm using a recently calibrated torque wrench on the upper idler pulley for the timing belt (32-43 lbs/ft) the stud pulls right out of the front of the manifold before I hit the proper torque specs. My question is, which way should I go about fixing this, helicoil or finding a used lower intake manifold or anything else? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
