Car will not start currently. Battery with key out reads ~12.8volts. Once ignition is in the I position voltage drops to ~10 volts. Once ignition is in the II position voltage drops to ~9 volts. Battery has been tested at both advance auto and autozone with both a cca test and a load test. It passed both perfectly. The battery connections are very clean and free from corrosion. The car will start with a jump but it has a very hard time. Starter Relay has been making some odd noises, so I have ordered a new one. Is this probably the issue? or what else should I look at? Also wanted to add this problem has been very intermittent. It happened last Thursday, I disconnected the battery and checked all connections. Plugged it back in on Saturday and it worked all week until last night and it started doing this again. More about last night I was able to get the car to run with a jump, it hesitated very badly before it finally started. While driving I would notice my headlights dim when i hit the brake or turned my music up even though my volt meter which hooked up to the battery said 14.2 volts. The car besides this has been running great, I just put a new 1995 harness and injectors in with fresh grounds. The starter motor is original and the alternator is one year old and is producing 90amps like it should.
Let me hear any of your thoughts on this. Thanks
