First of all your wideband will go to 22.3 when throttle is closed and should be stoic at idle (warm 14.7:1) so that's normal. The boost jets are installed between the hard pipe below the accordions and go to the boost solenoids which make the waste gate open. If someone took the jets out of the hose they must have had an EVC in the car. I would reccomend that you don't experiment with the jets cuz if you can't get an EVC you cn order the factory hose with jet installed from courtesy Nissan and the hose is different cuz it houses the bigger jet but still fits snug on the hard pipe nipple.
