Message	correct to point out how we all should attempt to maintain a given level of civil discourse; and clearly avoid humiliating anyone, especially newcomers. But I didn't see that in his post. LOL is almost a figure of speech by now, and not to be taken literally. Look at the huge wealth of posts by AliaZ. They are almost all directed to providing good solid technical info.
