| rotated the CAS or cranked the car to verify each injector is getting a signal to fire? A NOID test lamp from an autoparts store or a simple LED + resistor can do this test.... You have verified for sure each coil pack fires using an old spark plug and a visual test? Same deal as above - crank engine and look at each one for this test. Since coil packs have been replaced - would assume this testing has been done but just mentioning in case it wasn't done to the newer packs? I'm assuming you've at least done a compression test on each cylinder and all are within acceptable specs? If all else fails might want to consider whether or not there's some kind of fuel delivery issue - but something to look at after all the above....
