Subject	AC pod change from 90 to 94 issue.

Message	I changed the computer and AC pod in my 90TT to units out of a 94. Fan has the 4 speeds now as it should. All the funstions work. Issue I have is the vents the air is coming out in the car doesn't match the picture on the screen. All the new areas work and change but they dont line up with the picture. When the picture shows upper vents only, it comes out of both upper and lower. When I switch to upper and lower on the screen, it switches to defrost. Etc, etc. It seems like the whole system is 1-2 steps off. Anyone ran into this? I've done this conversion before and never had an issue. I have another pod I can try tonight if its not something obvious.
