Message	I have read about every post regarding my issue about my fuel pump not coming on when I turn the key....and I have now just replaced the Fuel Pump & filter on my '91 2+2.....and the fuel pump still does not come on!!... which of course doesn't let me start the car! Question: If I'm getting a 12 Volt reading using a multimeter from the wire harness that connects directly to the fuel pump, doesn't that mean that my Fuel Relay switch and Fuel Pump Control Module is good?????...if so, I'm stumped and have no clue..Please help!
