Message	If your air/fuel stays at 11ish at 0 but it still won't boost..that would indicate air is NOT escaping after being registered by the MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor. Taking the above into consideration, doesn't sound like a boost leak to me. Or fuel problem either, as it would be running lean. Ruling out boost leaks, the causes of it not boosting could possibly be bad turbos or the engine itself is too weak to spool them due to some problems with it (sensors, engine on its way out, etc).
