Message	Breather mods have been proven to provide power throughout the power band. It's a choking point otherwise. If you're looking at keeping the Z1 SMIC's you can use a reducing coupler, which reduces efficiency, or get them opened up to 2.5" in/out but not sure how much more you gain with that size of an IC without stepping up to massives. As you already know, every little bit helps. Unless I bog 1st gear, I don't feel low end issues with my setup. Even a rolling 2nd gear has only a little bit of lag. The other expensive, but fun mod, is getting NA or Leader Gears. Had a set on my TT before I totaled it and the fun factor went up even though 1st gear was pretty much useless. 1993 TT.
