Message	last week i had my annual safety/emissions inspection done in Texas, which i passed. However when i started it up and drove away, something was wrong . At idle and lower RPMs the car rumbles like it is not firing on all cylinders. No change for the last week. Could the emissions inspection have done anything to cause this?
