Message	You said the car wont turn over. Did you check the cold cranking amp on the battery? If battery is good turn the car to on position and unhook the fuel hose from the fuel filter to see if fuel shoot out, becarefull. If fuel does not shoot out then your fuel pump is not working. The fuel pump relay is on the driver side kick panel next to your left foot. Take out the cover and you should see the color green relay. I would replace it to rule out that it is no good. Then check your fuel pump. Let me know how it go.
