Subject	A/C Climate control problem.

Message	94 TT with Auto Climate Control Problem is when I switch the mode to the floor or defrost/floor, air comes out of the defrost vent at about 90% and 10% on the floor vent and when it's on just floor, same thing. So I tried diagnosing it this weekend by running through the on-board climate control self-diagnostics routine and there were no codes or irregularities that I noticed. When I was in the self-diagnostic mode I changed the vents to each mode and the vents acted as they should in every mode. So that's telling me that the mode door is working and that it can receive the correct voltage. So my question is when the climate control is in auto mode what could cause the mode door not to operate correctly in floor or defrost/floor?
