Message	and trace out all the seat/window connections with a meter or test lamp. Figure out where there's no +12v and the issue starts there. Given the power seat should work w/out the ignition key on and windows need the key on - would think the issue is somewhere on the battery to inside of car wiring feed side. Seems strange too that other things aren't working either?... Sorry - troubles like this aren't always easy to solve....
