During my first plenum pull, I decided I wasn't dealing with getting a wrench on the EGR feed tubes on the plenum and cut them right where they bend at the back of the engine. I also took out the EGR solenoid (AIV's are also removed) and capped the vacuum inlet of the actual EGR valve.
Can I leave the system the way it is to avoid the hassle of trying to get the exhaust manifold feed tube out and the nasty EGR valve out and just put plates on the plenum and leave it that way? Will this cause any problems? Thanks to everyone in advance
