Message	to be between 0.4 to 0.5v shoot for 0.45v. Only use a digtal VOM. After adjusting with the key in the on position unplug the gray connector for about 5 sec then reconnect then turn key off and then start engine. BTW sometimes out of the clear blue the idle will jump up and stay there. I reset with the unplug the gray connector method and it's back to normal. This occurs with the TPS adjusted correctly and nothing worn in the TPS. Go figure? Also go thru your car connectors and unplug and clean and fill the female part with dielectric grease and replug. Use the dielectric grease on the batt cable connectors and posts. ZUL8TR in Orlando,FL
