In my experiences with "spun bearings" the crank and bearing will sieze together causing the engine to stop and not turn over. In cases where the bearing is oil starved it will shave metal off of the bearing causing a loose fit and make a similar noise as in your video. However, it usually makes the noise at all rpms tho! If it were my car i would check the oil & oil pressure first. I have had dry injectors make a loud taping noise that will go away with higher rpms and come back around idle. You could try running some Seafoam in your oil to clean out any sludge, then change the oil to a good brand. Im not saying it is not rod knock, Im just offering a different possibility as it is hard to tell for sure from a video! U should use a stethascope on the oil pan and the valve covers to see where the noise is the loudest. if its louder around the pan its a bearing! Louder in valve cover it sould be lifters! Hope this helps.
