It sounds like you have all the wiring hooked up for the ignition, but there are also several inputs that need to be hooked up to the remote start harness, for example the neutral safety wire, which makes sure the car is in park before the remote start sequence begins. Make sure you have all the inputs hooked up or it won't work. Also, you might want to add more information about your car so we can help you more effectively, i.e., transmission type, turbo or NA.
