What I think he meant was there is a million possibilities. Check ecu for codes, check the tps voltage, idle air control, check your timing and adjust the cas if necessary. Check all your hoses for vacuum leaks or hissing, check your fuel pressure with a gauge. And my favorite check your compression. Ohm out your injectors wiggle your harness/connections to see if the problem persists or disappears all together, clean all your connections including ptu. The list goes on and on my friend.
