Message I failed Cali Smog this morning.

The smog guy plug his computer into the car and noticed that the air fuel at idle was not making any adjustments. THe o2s jsut read rich. Once off idle (at 1200 rpms) the system would go into closed loop and adjsut between rich and lean like it should. He was not sure if the idle condition was normal or something was off.

He tried to test the IAA and it was unresponsive. Was susppose to ope the valve and watch the rpms increase but nothing. Could this be related to the mixture operating in fixed conditon at idle.

I am planning pullign the IAA tongiht and checking it out.
