Message	Its your catalytic converter material. Not sure if its precat or main. Precat would be replaced with a downpipe Main cats would be replaced with test pipes. If you still have your main cats in, that's what you just spit out. And it sounds to me like they are clogged, which would absolutely cause the car to run like crap. You're going to have to drop your exhaust.
