Subject	Fuel Pump Controller Questions

Message	I know this thing shoots out 3 different voltages to vary fuel pump speed....But how does the ECU signal when to change voltage levels? There is two pins from the ecu....but I'm clueless on what signal it gives the fuel pump controller...
