I had a guy back his boat trailer up and the screw of the boat motor pierced the passenger fender cutting a wire inside the fender. The car was running at the time but died when the wire was cut. The car got towed home. After cutting away a little of the fender to get access to wires I found only one wire was cut through and several more had the insulation cut through. I spliced the wire that was severed and another that was cut through halfway. The others I taped up the insulation. I still had no power at all. I found that a fuse that was located near the battery labeled lighting had the top part missing. I jumped the fuse with a wire and got some power but no ignition. Head lights work, security light is on, power seat works, interior lights work. I checked all the other fuses but all looked good.
