Message But there's no need to rush out and do it immediately. Start saving some cash knowing that eventually you may need to replace them.

Injectors don't typically fail immediately - they gradually go out of spec.

Generally there will be indicators that this is happening - the car won't run as well at idle, or has a miss, etc.

FWIW, I have the old style Nismo 555's and have had them for ~10 years - no issues so far, and I use nothing by Sunoco 94 which is 10% ethanol.
