Subject	TB slipping.

Message	Im trying again, to set the TB right, I took EVERYTHING off, even the backing plate, but the belt still slips to the back, I crank it a few rotations by hand and thats enough to set it back, what can it be? last time I was told the backing plate at the crank may be missing but I checked and its there. It stops there at the adjuster, it rubs.
