| Took a video today of my Z @ WOT in 5th gear. [ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9zjEzNYEAvw ] My mods are short: JWT single pop, sport 500 turbos set to 12 PSI, SpecialtyZ 3" downpipes bolted to stock exhaust (waiting to get full SpecialtyZ 3" to 2.5" exhaust). '95 engine, very fresh w/ most parts on it replaced w/ new OEM including a 95 harness. Please look at the RPM and boost gauge and tell me how bad is my acceleration, as I've never driven another TT before. I'm wondering if the 3" downpipes bolted to stock exhaust is causing too much backpressure or something. The car is running on the hot side as well. It will creep up slightly above normal every now and then with normal driving but will go back to normal pretty fast, and slowly make its way all the way up to hot if I turn on A/C. You can notice in the video that the RPM needle moves very slowly. On WOT, any gear after 1st, it hits around 4K and then it's like it hits a wall and refuses to go past it. Just starts lightly bogging at 4K and would probably take hours to get to 5K. What are the possibilities that would cause that?
