Message	Have you checked your timing? I had an issue where my timing was retarded by something like 25 degrees. Was running super rich due to a bunch of unburnt fuel. The symptoms were similar, ran mediocre (only noticeable as a lack of power, especially on the bottom end) when the engine was over 1k rpm, but ran awful below that. I would assume if you were getting an all clear it's probably not your PTU. Also you would be getting misfires, which should be fairly obvious. If you are getting an all clear from the ECU that eliminates some of the other typical "running too rich" areas, so start with timing.
