| lamp holders. The 4mm neos are fine since you don't have to remove the bulb. But the neos are now glued to the plastic and when you try and remove the bulb from the lamp holder, the leads will break. I had to solder the tiny ass leads back on and it was a pain in the ass. The resister and diodes also look different from your picture and some may not fit perfectly into the oem lamp housing. If I could do it over, I would have done it the old fashion way and solder the LED directly onto the pods for the 3mm and 5mm bulbs. The 4mm NEO are perfect since you do not need to remove them from the housing.
