Message your clutch hydraulic system is still stock, it has 2 (two) bleed points. One down at the slave cylinder and the other up in the engine bay, passenger side, just to the front of the strut tower.

It can be a bit of a challenge to get all of the air out of that engine bay bleed point and if the mech doesn't realize it's there another issue altogether. Mech can vacuum bleed with his system - just needs to do in both locations.

PS - Location of the upper bleed point and how the line runs to get there actually helps the system retain air bubbles (not a good thing)....
