Well if it's running right when it's cold but poorly when it's warm the first thing I would look at would be the air/fuel mixtures for more information. You need to figure out if it's running rich or lean, or neither. Codes is a good idea as a starting point, because that could be any number of things. Just as a completely uninformed guess I would say that it's probably running either rich or lean. That's the kind of problem that can be masked with the RPM's up at a cold idle, and show back up at a warm lower RPM idle. Beyond that more info is needed really. Could be anything, gotta narrow down the options.
