25.303 to 28.433 or about 12.3% increase. You are correct that the rpm will be reduced about 300. And greater diameter tires last longer, less revs per mile. If you have the Hp go for it. When I was 1/4 mile drag racing back when, tire diameter reduction (specifically with smaller rims) was an effective way to increase acceleration if certain gears were not available and it was less costly to boot. We also increased tread width when using smaller rims for traction control.
